I'm turning the page, starting afresh.
I haven't been taking proper care of myself, and now I'm starting to feel it.
I'm obese and neglecting it. I have a toddler to think of, I'm no longer alone in this journey.
This is my pledge, then: to start taking better care of myself, to drink more water, start exercising and eating healthy foods.
In adition to this, I have a new apartment but I don't have the money to start repairing it, or the guts to do at least some of the work myself.
I'm guessing this is also out of fear, because I don't know how I will survive living with only my kid, and no one else around to help me or take care of him while I take a quick shower.
This is my first posting. It is not meant to be seen by anyone, but if anyone does...Hi!!
